What does this app do?The app helps you upload, organize, automatically extract, review, and export information from PDFs, receipt images, invoices, and tax-related documents.
Is this tax software?No. This is a document-readiness and workflow tool. It does not file taxes or provide tax advice.
Is the data accurate?Not guaranteed. AI-assisted extraction may be incomplete or inaccurate, and all extracted data must be reviewed and verified before use.
Uploads & Extractions
What is an upload?A supported file you add to the system during your billing period, including PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, DOC, and DOCX files.
What is an extraction?An AI-assisted processing run that reads your uploaded file and extracts structured data such as vendor, amount, tax, date, and category details.
What happens after I upload?The system attempts automatic extraction after upload. You can then review, correct, and manage the extracted results before using or exporting them.
Billing & Plans
Does my subscription auto renew?Yes. All paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
How does cancellation work?You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
Do you offer partial refunds?No. All charges are final. We do not provide partial-month refunds, prorated refunds, or billing credits for unused time, including after upgrades or downgrades.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?Upgrades take effect immediately. You may be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle, and your new plan benefits become available right away.
What happens when I downgrade my plan?Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until that time.
Can I change plans multiple times in the same billing period?Yes. If you change plans multiple times within the same billing period, Stripe calculates prorated charges or credits automatically based on the time spent on each plan.
Are taxes included in the subscription price?Taxes may be applied at checkout depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed before payment is completed.
How is billing processed?Billing and subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Where can I manage my subscription?You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the billing portal available from your account dashboard.
What happens if I hit my limits?You will be notified and prompted to upgrade your plan to continue uploading or extracting files when your plan limits are reached.
Account & Data
Can I delete my data?You can manage and remove documents within the app. Some data may be retained for operational or legal purposes.
Is my data secure?We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Do you share my data?We do not sell your data. We may use service providers, including AI processors and Stripe for billing, to operate the platform.
